Sea To Summit Alto TR2 Plus is an ultra light, semi-self-supporting trekking tent that offers maximum livability and comfort over 3+ seasons. The difference with the standard variant consists precisely in the use of materials also suitable for cold and humid seasons. The 20D ripstop nylon inner tent keeps cold drafts out, while the 20D nylon floor with a 2500mm water column is waterproof and suitable for wetter ground conditions. The outer fabric is made of 15D nylon coated with polyurethane which makes it rainproof and waterproof. One of the features that differentiates this model from the competition is the space and interior comfort! The Tension Ridge system allows for vertical walls and a more liveable space where you can sit comfortably. The doors are also higher than the competition to offer easier entry and more space in the vestibule. The NSL DAC pole set are ultra-strong and color coded and quick connect for easy installation. The disassembled tent transport system, called FairShare, includes 3 different bags that allow you to divide the load to optimize storage in the backpack, or share the transport with your fellow adventurers. After installation, the storage bags turn into storage pockets. The bag for the poles, if combined with a headlamp, can be fixed on the ceiling of the tent, transforming itself into a luminous lamp. At the highest point of the tent, an oversized air intake is designed and can be closed with a zip to expel hot air and prevent condensation.
